Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-in. Your subscriptions, downloads, and listening progress are stored on your iPhone.

How do episodes get to my phone?

Always Podcasts downloads recent episodes of the shows you subscribe to in the background, so they are ready to play when you open the app. You can change how many episodes per show it keeps in Settings.

An episode I expected is missing.

The app picks the newest unplayed episodes for each show, and background downloads depend on iOS scheduling, power, and network conditions. Opening the app and pulling to refresh will fetch new episodes. If something still looks wrong, email us with the show name.

Is my listening data collected?

No. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Everything lives on your device, so deleting the app removes it.
